Ingredients
- 1 Exotic Bazaar’s Turkish Style Meatballs meal base
- Water if required
- 1 Pack of Meat-free meatballs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Zucchini sliced
- 1 Capsicum sliced
To Serve:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Cooked rice, or flatbread
- Optional: a dollop of yoghurt or tahini drizzle
Instructions
1: Prepare the Meatless Meatballs
1. Fry Meatless meatballs until brown, then add in Zucchini & Capsicum and cook til soft
Step 2: Add in the sauce
- Pour in the Turkish Style Meatballs Meal Base and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
Step 3: Serve
- Serve over with rice, or alongside warm flatbread. Garnish with fresh parsley and a dollop of yoghurt or tahini drizzle if desired.
