I’ve bought and made Exotic Bazaar’s Persian Love cake several times now - both original and gluten free. I add lemon juice to the icing but that’s my only addition. There are always compliments from both adults and children and barely a crumb is left. Can’t ask for more than that!
I have loved my experice so much with Exotic Bazaar that I recently purched a Base Collection for a friend for their bithday, knowing they would enjoy the flavours and the quick 30 minute cooking time, and the feedback I recieved was "you know me so well!!"
I am about to place another order for myself as I have smashed through the flavour bases and need a restock.
I am so happy with the order and delivery communication and the cute little travel case it all comes in makes me smile.

This cake is spot on. It has the most beautiful authentic flavor that I can not fault. Even my grandma who is a picky middle easterner when it comes to authentic home made cooking loved this cake. I highly recommend
So easy and yet very tasty. I have used two so far and my husband absolutely loved them both. I sprinkled toasted slivered almonds over the top of the lamb and beans dish - delicious! Forgot to take photos - too eager to start eating 😀
Bought this for my mum for Christmas so that we could make it together for her birthday, which we did. I was super proud of myself as I am not a cake maker and it was so delicious. We shared this with my son(he shares his birthday with his grandma) and my daughter and grandson. Such a lovely gift and joyful birthday for them to share. Thank you
I am new to Lebanese cuisine and am loving learning about the unique spice blends that create such wonderful dishes. I purchased Za'atar after researching Labneh and I am far from disappointed. The spice mix was incredibly tasty, fresh and lifted my dish to a new level. I will certainly be back for more!
I have made this a number of times as both a full cake and cupcakes. It is perfect every time, light and delicate. Cardamom is my favourite spice. Don’t compare this product to supermarket cake mixes - it is a much superior product.
Beautiful flavour, like nothing else I have tried. It is not too sweet for those worries about the molasses -very subtle. I love the ease of these meal bases and also the flexibility to add whatever you want or have available. I serve this with couscous or the tagine. After trying my first pack, I soon ordered quite a few more to have in the pantry.
