Ras el Hanout translates from Arabic to “head of the shop” because it consists of all the best spices in the shop that make it into this blend.

Packed with aromatic and flavoursome spices, this blend will elevate any dish to a whole new level. This signature Middle Eastern spice blend is responsible for the signature flavour of the famous Moroccan Tagine.

Exotic Bazaar's Ras El Hanout blend is made of whole spices. It doesn't contain any fillers or salt. The key spice note in Exotic Bazaar's Ras Ela Hanout is Cardamom- a spice that most blends may not include due to its high price.

Exotic Bazaar's spice blend follows a traditional recipe, used in authentic tagine dishes in Morocco. If you want to experience the authentic flavours of Morocco, then add Exotic Bazaar's Ras El Hanout to your kitchen pantry.

So good with lamb!

This is by far our families favourite spice, Exotic Bazaar's blend is delicious! Very aromatic and no heat, just tasty. We just had it on roast lamb and potato and carrots. So good!

Ras el hanout

Just roasting a fresh whole chicken smothered in this spice mix now & the aromas are divine. I can smell all the subtle flavours of the cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, ginger, sweet paprika , chilli & coriander! I know it’s going to be good! I rubbed a little olive oil all over the chicken before I rubbed on the spice mix & when the chicken is cooked I’m going to squeeze lemon juice over it just before serving with rice & salads.
