What a perfectly balanced sauce. The slight notes of tang and heat compliment the richness of the tomato base. Lots of depth, too. I've already ordered more!!

I used the Turkish style meatballs meal base this evening and it was excellent. Rather than use readymade meatballs I made up a batch of Turkish meatballs (about 500gm. Ended up adding about 1/3 of a cup of water to extend the meal base - 15min with lid on and then 5min with the lid off just to let the sauce thicken up.

The packaging is A1 and instructions easy to follow.. Will definitely be buying some more.

When I cook chicken, I am a roast chicken sort of person. The flavours that Gila and her crew added to Walnut Chicken were amazing. Five stars from me.
